{"id":1281,"date":"2006-04-30T23:36:51","date_gmt":"2006-04-30T21:36:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gcaudron.com\/?p=1281"},"modified":"2012-04-30T23:37:33","modified_gmt":"2012-04-30T21:37:33","slug":"socialisme-au-21eme-siecle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.gcaudron.com\/?p=1281","title":{"rendered":"SOCIALISME AU 21\u00c8ME SI\u00c8CLE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Le socialisme a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u201cconcept instable\u201d oscillant selon les p\u00e9riodes entre un capitalisme financi\u00e8rement s\u00fbr de lui, socialement impitoyable et un communisme souvent impos\u00e9 par la force\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, \u00e0 l\u2019heure d\u2019un communisme \u00e9conomiquement moribond, m\u00eame en Chine, et d\u2019un march\u00e9 lib\u00e9ral, dominateur\u2026 et quasiment incontest\u00e9\u2026 le socialisme pourrait, aux yeux de certains,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">sembl\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Il n\u2019en est rien !<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Au moment o\u00f9 le monde a besoin d\u2019une vision \u00e0 long terme, le march\u00e9 est myope.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Pollution, \u00e9nergie, consommation, production, mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res\u2026 mais aussi emploi, pand\u00e9mies, retraites, protection sociale\u2026,\u00a0<strong>tout ce qui est important appelle\u00a0<\/strong>une \u00e9conomie r\u00e9gul\u00e9e, une \u00e9conomie mixte avec un mod\u00e8le social p\u00e9renne et une d\u00e9marche \u00e9cologique d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et durable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Le socialisme doit avoir pour vocation d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre,\u00a0<\/strong>en sachant que son instabilit\u00e9 reste tangible :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">&#8211; trop de contraintes, et il sort du cadre mondialement n\u00e9goci\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019OMC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">&#8211; trop lib\u00e9ral, et il n\u2019a plus rien \u00e0 voir avec le socialisme pour devenir un quelconque social lib\u00e9ralisme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Au demeurant au\u00a0<strong>21<span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00e8me\u00a0<\/span>si\u00e8cle<\/strong>, le poids des contraintes et des enjeux vitaux d\u2019avenir sont tels\u00a0<strong>que le lib\u00e9ralisme se r\u00e9v\u00e8lera lui-m\u00eame obsol\u00e8te au profit d\u2019un syst\u00e8me mixte et r\u00e9gul\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>avec une vision \u00e0 long terme, une demande d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et un mod\u00e8le social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>C\u2019est vital\u00a0<\/strong>pour \u00e9viter les explosions et les violences cons\u00e9cutives \u00e0 un laisser-faire destructeur de valeur et de vie.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le socialisme a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u201cconcept instable\u201d oscillant selon les p\u00e9riodes entre un capitalisme financi\u00e8rement s\u00fbr de lui, socialement impitoyable et un communisme souvent impos\u00e9 par la force\u2026 &nbsp;
